All classes are mat based, making use of various equipment including small balls, gliders, bands, small bands, rollers and weighted balls.
These classes focus on the basic pilates principles, allowing clients to familiarise themselves with the pilates exercises and to develop greater awareness of posture and alignment. This class is suitable for those having attended a workshop, one on one or have previous pilates experience. Level 1 is also suitable for most back conditions.
The next step up for those ready to progress, learning more advanced exercises with the focus being on great form and understanding of the movements.
LEVEL 2 PLUS
The next progression offering a more challenging repertoire, still focusing on the pilates principles with more flowing movement from one exercise to another. These classes are not suitable for back conditions.
A faster paced class for those who have mastered the techniques and able to follow a more fluid routine including many advanced body weight exercise.
